当店の創業は2013年。
弓道を始めたいけど、どこに行ったらよいかわからない。小学生や中学生で弓道を習う場がなくて困っている。そんな方のために日本唯一の半弓専門、弓道教室を開業しました。
弓道は始めるのが難しいと言われてしまう競技です。
なぜなら、弓道を始める方法は各所の弓道団体への加入か、学校の弓道部に入ることが一般的だからです。
まずは一度、弓に触れてみたい。弓道を新しい自分の趣味として続けたい。学校の弓道部に入る前に基礎を身に付けたい。そんな方はぜひ当店へお越し下さい。

The distance to the target in Kyudo (long bow) is 28m.
It is a martial art that uses a bow that is about 220cm long.
Our half bow has a distance to the target of 7m

●半弓と大弓の長さの違い
半弓の長さは160㎝、大弓の長さは約220㎝あります。半弓であっても世界の弓のなかでは「ロングボウ/長弓」と同じ扱いになります。皆さんが見かける弓道は大弓になります。学生の弓道部で使用する弓も大弓です。

●大弓は難しい
大弓は的までの距離が長いため、初めて体験する方は的にあてるどころか、的まで矢が届かないことがほとんどです。
また、大弓には怪我をする危険性があります。その理由は、弦を放した後の軌道です。
半弓と異なり、大弓は弦を耳の後ろまで引き込みます。技術が未熟だと、弦が耳、頬、腕に直撃することがあります。
●大弓と怪我
これは大弓を初心者が体験し、弦があたり怪我をした写真です。耳や頬にあたった場合、二度と弓道をやりたくないという方もいます。実際に、弓道を辞めてしまう原因の一つが、この弦があたることによるものです。

●始めから大弓を引かせない
常識として、初日からいきなり大弓を引かせる指導者はいません。弓の握り方もわからない人に大弓を引かせるのは事故につながる可能性があるからです。時折、イベントとして弓道体験をさせてくれるケースもありますが、そのほとんどが大弓を顔の前（もしくは横）まで引っ張らせて放つ、という体験になります。つまり「半弓と一緒」です。
●まずは半弓から始めて欲しい
当店は弓道を始めたいと思われる方、一回体験したいという方ほど、半弓から体験して欲しいと思っています。半弓は扱いやすく安全で、的にあてる楽しみも十分あります。初めての体験で怪我をしたら、ちょっと残念ではないでしょうか？
●私たち独自の指導法。半弓から始めた方が上手くなる
多くの方が、弦で耳や顔や腕を払う恐怖で弓道を辞めてしまいます。そこで半弓です。半弓は引き尺も短く、威力も弱い為、技術を習得するのに適しています。現に当店の弓道教室の生徒は、弦で払うことによる恐怖で辞めてしまった生徒はいません。半弓からだと長いステップを踏むこととなりますが、結果として着実に技術が身に付くと言えます。
●大弓の簡易体験も受けられます
大弓を体験してみたい。という方の為に矢を放つことは出来ませんが、大弓の簡易体験を実施しています。また大弓で使用する弽（ゆがけ/鹿の革でできたグローブ）にも触れる機会を設けています。

More than 200 shots for many people, around 100 shots on average are possible.
Q: Is it different from other semi-kyudo halls?
Because our hankyu is a "competitive hankyu", it has a higher level of difficulty than other hankyu dojos. Even if you have experience, there are times when the arrow doesn't hit the target, but I think that's what makes it fun. In addition, we will follow the basic form of archery and give guidance closer to the competition. If the shooting method or rules are different from other dojos, we will ask you to match our method.

（基本編）
①足踏み
背筋を伸ばし立つ。
肩幅の約二倍の広さに足を開く。
①座った姿勢
椅子に座って弓を引く。
背筋を伸ばし椅子に深く座る。
②壁と平行
壁と並行に立つ。姿勢に注意し、ねじれないようにする。
③左手で弓を持つ
利き手の違いはなく、全ての人が左手で弓を持ち、右手で弦を引く
④握りの位置
V字の中心に弓をあてる。
⑤親指を伸ばす
小指、薬指、中指を揃えて握る。人差し指は伸ばしても曲げてもOK。
⑥矢筈を持つ
中仕掛け（青🔵）にはめる。
